After graduating with a MSc from London School of Economics and Political Science, Alexander gained professional experience in business risk consulting and private banking in Nassau, London and Zurich before becoming chairman of FCCI. He oversees the strategic direction of the business and supervises key relationships.

Ugo is a banking professional with more than three decades of experience in private, corporate and investment banking. Before establishing FCCI he was general manager of a private bank in Zurich.
He is based in Zurich, acting as managing director and Chairman of Fincor Capital SA.

Julian is the former Governor of the Central Bank of the Bahamas who now acts as independent advisor to major companies in the Bahamas and the Caribbean region. He provides in-depth knowledge of regulation and supervision of offshore centric private banking.

Leo is a Swiss citizen residing in the Bahamas since 1993 working in the banking industry for several Swiss and Bahamian institutions.
He acts as managing director of FCCI and oversees the funds business.

Tiffany is a former private banker with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has worked at at top-tier private banks in The Bahamas including UBS (Bahamas) Ltd., Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch and Julius Baer Bank (Bahamas) Limited; also gaining extensive international working experience at the latter.

Tyrone is a career professional within the financial industry having served in international banks and trust companies, a major accounting form and the principal regulator.
